Even if they realize what's up, it is not in their interest to go against the tide, especially when everyone is in election mode.
He went hammer and thong against corrupt politicians and he is reaping the benefits now. He can also be named as perpetrator of sins against womanhood by those tainted men. They may also be dharna in front of his house. All the present SC Judges beware of what is happening Now. If you go against them you will also face the same music. Oh Those politicians

The main reason why the SC is not taking this matter on technical grounds is that the tainted Ministers, Business men who are now trying to hound and harass the 2G sacm judge wants this to be limited only to put him in a spot of bother and not beyond that.
I have issued an order to my HR Department in the company. No more recruitment of women in my company. I cannot afford outrages in my company due to this 'loophole' in the Law wherein women can/would activate this nonsense the moment something is not going for them in an organization. Bad luck ladies.

Office and work place should be treated with high degree of sacrosance, and just for some few rotten eggs, the name and reputation of the company can't be sullied
The SC should make the evidence public. Just like all hearing are held in an open court and judgements are read openly in the court, the SC is duty bound to make the evidence public.
It is the right of the public to know on what basis the SC committee came to the conclusion that A K Ganguly indulged in verbal and non verbal conduct of sexual nature behind closed doors.
It is only after the evidence is placed in the public domain will it be clear whether it was sexual harassment on the part of Justice A K Ganguly or a case of entrapment on the part of the intern.

The reason i feel it "could be" entrapment is because A K Ganguly gave judgement in the infamous 2G spectrum scam case and must have made many enemies from the corporate sector as also people in the government.
Why she made it public thru blog ? Because she was not serious about her own modesty but to turnish the image of Dr. Ashok Ganguly.Sorry -To set up a committee for this? it's to much. Many serious complaints in our country are running from pillar to post for justice but no action.

Law is a Law; Judiciary and Law makers can't hide themselves behind 'why' if she is legally correct.
Madam why you took one year to lodge the complain? did you raise your voice when Dr. Ganguly was trying to outrage your modesty ? Do you have any evidence? If not then who knows that you are not fabricating story for harming the clean image of a gentleman to gain something ? Sorry you are on a wrong side now.

It appears, law has become joke, definition of rape must be redefined so as to remove mis-use as well as extortion. We know number of cases like Mallya, Roy etc., who has eaten thousands of crores are not put up in jail-thus raping the thousands of people, and individual case are given utmost importance whereas we want to get rid of all nuisances from public life.

not only in rape cases, but also in all other cases too. Why should Salman Khan case linger on for over 11 years? Why is Sanjay Dutt allowed such long parole? Salman should not be asked to anchor any TV programs till he is cleared by Court.
