I know a final year engineering student in Delhi who has developed a "Safety, Security and Emergency band" which, on pressing a button, will send an SOS message to police, relatives, and also give the geographical location of the sender. The "band", which can be worn like a wrist watch, does much more than that, but it is not necessary to detail it all here. The said young engineer has no politicians or other influential persons to support or sponsor him, but he has published the details of his innovation in a peer-reviewed journal. It may also be mentioned that a certain brand of reasonably priced mobile phone (a plain old cell phone, not an android device or a smartphone), also has **built-in facility** to send alerts to up to 5 telephones / mobile phones on pressing a button. No separate "app" is required.

Agreed. Quick justice is required. No point is dealing with these cases for so long.I incidents can happen in fraction of second why not justice. Poor parents of the Delhi rape victim still praying for justice. SHAME ON THE LAW & ORDER.
