This is not a failure. Our democracy works in funny ways and I am very pleasantly surprised by the current happenings. The proper functioning of the parliament would have meant the passing of the food security bill which in the current economic situation would have been disastrous. The entire parliament congress MPs included understood what is correct and stmied the populistic but unaffordable bill of Sonia gandhi.
speaker is acted in collusion with congress in suspending Lok sabha members from seem Andhra redion of AP. The decision of speaker is most unjustified just top see food get passed.
Opposition patricianly BJP or CPM or samajwadi party should move either censure motion or no confidence motion against speaker. The motion will get passed because UPA is in minority with out support of 23 seema Andhra MPs . Now that they suspended 12 members,The UPA is minority in loksabha and censure motion will get passed. Then speaker will have to resign and we can elect new speaker who does not toe the line of congress.
Let union ministers from AP resign from cabinet and join balance members to oust the speaker and the defeat the food bill.
After raising prices by 600 percent in the last nine years coupled with coal gate/2g/defense scams/fall in ruppe value / inflation , congress is sure to loose the elections. That is why it is enacting drama of food bill avoiding the above lapses with intension of getting votes. Let food bill be postponed to next elections and let parties offer types of food bill which people can choose. we should allow the game of Italian viceroy to scuttle parliamentary democracy where she is in miserable minority

1. 60 percent and above MPs are rags to riches by means of corruption and loot. 2. Real issues of the constituencies and the entire nation is never discussed in truth and spirit, even it has, it has always connected with loot and plunder. 3. Highly unruly scenario is witnessed only in the Parliament - there is no civility, dignity, patriotism and national security. 4. Most parties are dubious working for their own survival than the survival of the people of India. 5. Most of the representatives are accused murderers, rapists, corrupt, goons and vandalizers, illegal miners or businessmen etc.
the congress party avoiding the question in parliment .they do not take right action during the 2 G, coal, CWG, Lokpal, etc etc. that's way parliment not go smoothly . the cong party them himself suggesting we are clean and zero loss .
it is not Monsoon failure in Parliament it is total of UPA failure. so MMS is nothing but pupet / bobot. so we need powerfull and dynamic hero of PM like MODI
who were successfull in keeping is illetrate and divided. so now is anyone who goes to vote is interested in what happens in parliament? these guys are all useless good fo nothing keeping their fiefdom intact and loot more. media is also tobe blamed, for every issue in India they want feedback from film stars and they push through what sunny or who did what and suddenly talk about rape cases. there is no individual responsibility in India wo we get this. There is another lady and family without any accountability has all the powers to gift things, where in no one asks from where do you get the money for your pet projects? this is simple fact.
