IT'S THE BEST HOMAGE THAT YOU THE MAN CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE ( NORTHERN INDIAN PEOPLE) THIS HEINOUS INCIDENT HAPPEND BY UP AND BIHAR PEOPLE THEY ARE MORE CONSERVATIVE AND NOT RESPECT EVEN HIS RESPECT, MOTHER, USE MOST THIRD CLASS LANGUAGE AGAINST WOMEN. All criminals should have been killed by now. Not only this crime but several such offenders must have been killed with full media coverage. The problem is when leaders like Kanda, maderna, amarmani, judge ganguly, retiredd DG, Tarun Tejpal kind of people are involved and think to get away with these crimes without death penalty, how can we expect justice. Just kill them and see the diffrence.
It is absolute foolishness on part of Government, Law Ministry & NGOs to allow criminals just by defining someone under specialised category of "JUVENILE". It shuld be the nature of crime & ability of criminal to perform it AND NOT HIS/HER AGE. If a person commits such a heinous crime it would leave a very soft and encouraging lesson for future "juveniles" TO GO AHEAD AND COMMIT SUCH CRIMES. By this means, if a poor man commits a robbery, he should be pardoned because of his inability to uderstand the future results of committing such crimes and also of his state of poverty !!!!

Age is only a number on paper and what counts is the maturity of criminal brain which prompts to commit such heinous crimes like Rape&murders.Juvenile act to be amended that in cases of take&planned murders juvenile to be treated as Adults only and given same punishment
This person should be hanged in public ...and should be tortured in the same way he tortured the girl.why 3 years imprisonment is required...he is such a good person should be pardoned and people should vote him to become a pol leader? all the persons should be hanged, a fear should be generated in peoples mind about the outcome of such crime...
Should exception make rules and laws, if yes, ready for mis-use. Why only rape is so important, we have corrupts who are raping our country, we have kidnappers-who are torturing parents mainly mothers, robbers-who are murdering and looting the hard earned money-should they not be hanged within 3 to 6 months time.
