They can attack India when they desired.
Secularist have no courage to face.
If security forces face them & kill them ,than they will punished.

be vigilant in india and if they attack pak let it be anyway they are supposed to only who is doing...that dosent matter

India should keep high security preparedness as Taliban would have diversion tactics of warning Pak and attacking Indian sensitive installations.
