DOUBTS
by Anand sodo on Aug 01, 2013 06:22 PM  | Hide replies

Why the Conviction raises Doubts?.....The answer is very simple, We Indians live in a nation where no one has any respect for any Institution (neither the people in the Institution nor the ones outside), We live in a country of Sycophants and "Discretion-ists" where every one has his own Discretion, no one follows the Law, every one to oneself, You can Buy/Sell not just the law but anything and everything. Our Citizen are Corrupt(not a single individual goes to vote on Merit of the candidate - just the caste, Creed, Religion or some other ulterior motive) and those most corrupt amongst the citizen become the Political Leaders. No SURPRISE that the Police is VICTIMISED when it catches the real culprits and PRAISED(by the Public) & PROMOTED(by the Department) when they sit idle and do not even bother to lodge an FIR. or let the culprit go scotfree. This is INDIA...Mera Bharat Mahaan.

...Yes, there is an open Toilet and an open overflowing gutter in the outskirts of my city...and I am sure Modi has some ulterior motive (to do) with it!..... and that the poor little UPA Government is getting blamed for it....Some Digvijay and sibal were telling that the gutter was planted by the antisecular Modi ....

These psuedos will never give up nor learn anything. They will go on with their nonsense trying to confuse and misguide the people. Even if the Supreme Court passes an order they will never accept it and go on questioning it if it is not in their favor.

They forget the damage they are doing to our security apparatus and system. In the US and other western countries no one tries to belittle their agencies fighting terror. Shame on these psuedos and biased media.

Batla...
by srinivasan iyer on Aug 01, 2013 05:51 PM

1) The mere fact that the accused was present in the location at the time of incedent and ran away, tantamounts to his participation in the attack on the raiding party!
2) He belonging to IM or not to it has in no way contributive to his being not party to the attack on the raiding party and running away!
3) He could have surrendered (just like the fifth member in the house!) if there was no action by him in negativity!
4) the jamia Teachers Solidarity - seems to be the overt organisation for the Terrorists!
5) Has any locals been provided as witness by the defence to prove that none of the five were terrorists and none fired at the police party?

Yes he was a student of secular terror from the University. Earlier a professor from this University was responsible for Parliament attack but was let off by court due to police failure(maybe secular political pressure)
