People from childhood are taught about cheap things.pornography reduced rapes as the person feels satisfied after watching it.every men is not bad.no body can guess about the inside story of brain.unemployment has also triggered frustration among youths.they may become more dangerous due to frustration.no money no job no marriage.......imbalance due to money economy.reducing age for marriage to 17 and 19 is good.present age for marriage is 28-35 due to unemployment. Sex education must be there.ban all western culture news which give negative message.bring only positive things from western society.health.punctuality.respect of work.cleanliness in surroundings.casteless society...like this ideas

dEAR, NO ONE MEASURE IS A COMPLETE SOLUTION TO A CRIME, it is a measure that can reduce the crime by some percentage and hence bring in under containment.
For example, you outright denied the idea of death penality, because according to your expert view, it will cause the rapist to kill the victim, ok? And a 30 yr life sentence will not? So you think after the rapist knows that for committing this horrific crime, he will most likely go to prison for 30 yrs, he will leave the victim alone? because apparently 30 yr prison time is acceptable to him over death sentece? Please gro up, I am like 20 years younger to you, but obviously have logical reasoning 10 years ahead of you...
Alos, another intance, where you said, prostituion is no solution to rape. Again, your limited approach is quite pathetic, yes it is not a solution, no one said it is 100% solution to reducing rapes, it is a measure that will take many potential rapists away from committing that crime for the first time, by giving them more options to uinduge in paid sex than forcing someone to their lusts. irony..no humar rights commisioons...no courts..no SC..can save them..help them...
SC cant take suo moto of these cases...
ours is big banana republic...even courts are part of it...
Kavittaaa..u sound more like a male in female body...nature has some characteristic and people don't tinker with it..female has always been nurturing, loving and caring...that's why they have always been referred as Devi..even in some olden movie..you will find such reference...CON party rule of 50 plus years of rule has turned girls a commodity and so called eye candy...looting, rape, murder, violence etc are crime and it need security..that security is provided by govt by employing police and training them...But when govt is busy looting then we either have inefficient police or no police at all....Focus should be more public security ...more police jobs to women and professional training...
