The CBI is a government tool. This is amply clarified by this incident. The raids on the DMK were also orchestrated by the Congress, who then said the CBI is independent. What lies are we fed by this imbecile government.
All these are govt. agencies, since corrupts/criminals are allowed to be in politics, what is wrong if any govt. agency is persuaded by Minister to act as per their desire. We appeal to bring reforms urgently barring all such rogues from politics. Heaven will not fall.

Dear friend! If it is not wrong then why did the court ask CBI director to file a personal affidavit that the information was not shared? When the court gives direction to CBI to submit a report directly as there are allegations against the government, the later has no business to show it to government.

Because of this: "On March 12, after the submission of the CBI counsel before the Supreme Court that the status report in coal scam had not been shared with anyone"
I don't see an issue as long as the govt does not alter the content. The report will be made public after it is in the court anyway.
CBI is an autonomous body ans to probe independently without any favour to anyone or under pressure from anyone. The probe was against the alleged irregularity in Coal contract awarded by the government and CBI should not have shared their finding with anyone including Law Minister. Mr Ashwini Kumar is a minister without any controversies in his clean career throughout and should not have shared the report even if CBI which has habit of working under the ruling congress govt and miss no opportunity to please the govt has offered to show the report to him. No wonder Some politicians termed CBI as Congress Bereau of Investigation
CBI officers, if there are any left with any self respect, should do some soul searching. For individual gains (see the last director being made a Governor) they are selling the country and its future. Their children will alos live in this country. what kind of legacy they want for their children?

CBI which is termed as an autonomous body and are supposed to investigate the matter without any fear or pressure from anyone including the ruling govt. CBI was morally and legally wrong in sharing the report with the Law Minister of the ruling Congress party whose govt is alleged to have lot of irregularities in awarding the coal mines contract. No wonder CBI is also termed as opposition as Congress Bureau of Investigation

why should CBI share the report with the political boss when it is preparing the report on the directions of the Court? Where is the need to share the info? the CBI chief deserves to be sacked.

The head of CBI and the Law Minister should be charge of contempt of court if the report was under preparation under the direction of the Supreme Court. Both are required to resign from their post immediately on the moral grounds. But the question is whether both the persons believe in norality ?
