Better Late than Never

They have taken a leaf out of Nitish Kumar's Govt. in Bihar. Better late than never. However, the Cong is trying to dupe the common man again. They are gearing up for the Elections as such within this one year there will be a lot of benefits for the common man. Inflation will come down, prices of Oil etc too will come down. They are just trying to woo the common man and after they are elected, they will once again loot the nation leave alone the common man.

It is not clear whether the elected politicians are covered in this or not. They must first be punished as they are the root for all corruption.

Corruption is in Macro level and penalties are

Encouraging corrupts

What a wonderful solution !!!
Every office knows which are the chairs and which are the persons are corrupt.
Please held responsible the department head if they do not reign the corruption.
Govt.must find out those post and regularly monitor those individuals and groups with various tricks and punish those who are guilty by snaching their jobs.

for taking stock of corruption we are to submit annual property return of movables/immovables.Generally we write NIl/NA etc because once an officer wrote he had puchased a Fridge..he was chased such a way that that noe he writes nil/sannata only.
APR should be properly scrutinised. It should be introduced for the stakeholders of Contractors/Sppliers Firm

bribe
by Bhagwan on Apr 18, 2013 11:39 AM

It is political gimmick to show that they are clean and serious to curb the bribe...law against bribery has always been there...from my childhood I have been hearing that taking or giving bribe is a crime and punishable under law but go to any govt. department ...despite that u have not committed any offence and if things are irregular due to lack of clarity in law...instead of guiding it to make it comply with the law...u have to pay bribe...what is required is enforcement and vigilance and a check on ambiguity in law, which is exploited by the officers to trap the people and an honest will to book the offenders of law.

right candidates
by arun sharma on Apr 18, 2013 11:12 AM

In our system candidates are elected on public emotion and not on qualification and emotion. The same candidate uses emotion in his work. But work is run by rules and not emotion. So the same candidate has to perform two reverse tasks i.e.personal emotions and office emotion(Office rules). This disparity has lead to chaotic governance at many places here. So, at top posts we need honest, qualified,Professionally competent persons other wise his colleague will fool him.
