While 10 of the 11 convicted and sentenced to court by TADA court in the Mumbai blasts case that killed over 100 people can get their sentences commuted on the pretext of inordinate delay, why not Bhullar? The prime evidence in Bhullar's case was his forced confession after the abduction of his father and uncle by the Police under the orders of SSP Sumedh Saini under whom a probe was ordered by the Honourable Punjab and Haryana High Court.
It is very easy to sensationalize a case by calling a person terrorist and labeling him "Khalistani". The foundations of Khalistan militancy were laid by Indira Gandhi herself by bringing in Bhindranwale and projecting him as the savior of Sikhs to topple Pratap Singh Kairon which terribly back fired.
Hang Bhullar if he's really a terrorist but not on the basis of forced confession. His confession was indeed dismissed by one of the judges in the Divisional Bench terming it "Teller made confession".
If Bhullar has to be hanged, hang the other 10 terrorists convicted in Mumbai blasts case and also hang Tytler and Sajjan Kumar beside them.
Why to have mercy when one kills the other mercilessly. The capital punishment must prevail and must be executed such criminals who considers human life is nothing. But any innocent must not undergo such punishment.

"He will hang" is correct English.A picture is "hung",not hanged.A person may "hang" or he may be "hanged".Both forms are correct.
