Wish he gave clue to police about his Guns & Bombs, would have been a Patriotic hero.He didn't , he knew killers too well.No Pardon for this ' mild ' sentence as we lost 257 forever.
About the punishment sentance to Bibi Jagir Kaur in punjab for 5 years & she is out from the jail on Parol after 3 months time, where the justification and law is there, can any body difene why it is so. as Bibi has killed her Daughter and we all are supporting " SAVE THE GIRL/WOMEN".
I have seen the 2nd Message regarding Pardon to Sanjay Dutt, you are right, but what about Bibi Jagir Kaur here in Punjab, as after her for 5 years, she is out on parol since last 5 months time kindly look up for this also, then you feel what is right & what is worng.
There are two factors in the case. One is that people love Sanjay Dutt as an actor and they want pardon for Sanjay Dutt. But the second thing is that in doing so a section of the people will have the feeling that law and rules are meant for poor people and rich and famous people can get rid of from everything.

If Sanjay Dutt has not participated in Terrow attack, then it is wise decision to pardon him on the bases of majority public wishes n his already long suffered of 20 years !
