Why not in Delhi?

S.M.Krishna should have retired from politics 30 years ago. This lack luster guy had no significant achievements as Foreign Minister.

He constantly needs guidance from Sonia Madam or Rahul Sir. What is the use of this type of Minister?

So, he chose to read a prepared speech about India's foreign policy vision for 21st century from a little known foreign university. Why not in Parliament in Delhi?

Did he read the correct speech?

This Kaangresi clown is known to read wrong speeches --- he once read out the Portuguese ambassador's speech at the UN.

So, when One reads this speech full of pious platitudes, one is left wondering whether it is the speech he was meant to deliver.
