If Shri ABC was coal Minister, then he became prime minister before the coal scam could be unearthed, it is appropriate that s/he step down from the post of PM and face enquiry, rather than hide behind the facade of (h)er/is current post to evade enquiry.
Same should hold true of any CBI functionary OR even CVC himself.

CBI will not quiz any who are really culprits.
All CBI rules says 1st point is Indira Gandhi family should not be questioned under any circumstances,
2nd rule Congress party TOP leaders should not be questioned unless Congress president permits.
3rd rule All others should be questioned and taken into custody who are all against congress.
the above three rules are like bible for CBI and they follow blindly with out any question.

CBI proving coalgate : Eye wash
by PEHCHANKAUN on Sep 25, 2012 04:04 PM

Who in India other than congress believes in CBI? An eye wash by congress. Let them bring a referendum for CBI to be a independent or Govt-controlled.

Only few licence holders are punished so far, those who allotted licences are roaming freely with CBI investigation or other reasons. Great democracy, great politicians, great system. Corrupts cannot be touched till proved. Prime facie case has no meaning for politicians and govt. servants.
