This video was posted in country where it's not problematic, by a person of that country , to a website you tube which again belong to that country.

So what jurisdiction of Indian HC have on the laws pertaining to a diff country ? nothing..nada.

I am hurt too by the the laws of Saudi Arabia, but that doesn't mean I keep filing petition here in India !
