The minister posted details of his letter on Twitter is nothing but PUBLICITY STUNT.Any way Why a letter to President Pranab Mukherjee ?He should have written letter to HOME MINISTRY on whose recomendation PRESIDENT takes decision.
I sincerely believe that KAsab shud not be hanged- he shud live in prison for the next 60 years- a reminder to our "friends" across the border... about what gift they sent us!The Porki's wont be able to ask for his release- that wud mean they admit their guilt- and we shud always offer him as a braganing chip for any of our guys stuck in their prison! which they can never accept!

YOU ARE RIGHT, BUT THE WAY GOVERNMENT HAD TO TREAT HIM, or GOVT Treating him in Jail, he will be more happy in jail then his past life in his country

No buddy, no more hijack required, congress people will release Kasab on the humanitarian ground and will give him a new plan to attack Mumbai.

Why to spend money on feeding him and keeping him alive.The same money shd be paid to the families of the victims killed by him and his friends.
Kasab will not be hanged so early.People are looting 2 lacs per day in the name of Kasab's security.If he is hanged,how will the source of income continue?
