The arrest of these operatives is not a good thing because they would have killed important leaders. As these leaders are the biggest proponents of the 'saffron terror' concept, this would have been just the right reward for them
This is also a clear proof that brining Muskims into mainstream, giving them education, jobs etc is only going to create more resourceful jehadis. It is better if these guys remain poor and illiterate. They will still be jehadis , but less dangerous.

Unfortunately there is no "Terror of Saffron" else these Jehadis won't dare rioting all over India.
It is so scary that some of the held are educated engineers of DRDO. Our corrupt and vote hungry government is promoting reservation of muslims in important government institution. You have to expect more of such plans in the future.
India should be mighty careful and not be carried away by 'jihdi' books and the like that might be placed in the hands of operatives to mislead investigation. Don't forget Saudi is a friendly regime for the gglloballists unlike other dictatorship regimes in that region. It is only when you can find out the handlers' handlers you can ascertain to some extent where all this is coming from. But to stop attacks, India should offer good money for Indians settling in Saudi who can provide leads in this proposed attack or in any future attacks.
