CM was not given absolute powers by high command

The targedy of congress in the state is that it has to take every issue to the high comand before implimentation. The CM is troubled by rebels as well as some senoir congress MPs(TRS coverts )like hanuamantha rao/palvai/ponnala/madhu yashki/KK /vinodh/jaipal etc. They go on meeting high command leaders and create problems for CM.
compare this with YSR. He used to impliment first and inform high command later.Being a powerful senoir, he was nightmare for many senoirs like KK/hanumantha rao/madhu/palvai/ jairam ramesh/jayanthi natarajan.Even top leaders like pranab Mukerjy was very careful when it comes to complaints against YSR.The reason is simple. Congress owes its power at centre to YSR.
After the death of YSR , all these seniors became powerful making CM as mere second grade leader.Jaipal redddy was playing back ground politics with out suceess during YSR time . He too became poewerful now

people believe that had YSR been alive to day , polavaram would have got completed, Dec9th statement would not have come, KCR would have remained as pigmy, all these seniors would have gone into hibernation, the finance would not have been a problem, power/steel/cement/ports/reality projects would have got completed, welfare measures would have remained in tact,Budget would have touched 1.5 lakh crores etc.
With out full power to force cabinet colleagues/pary men,how can CM deliver.
Jagan is bound to come in next elections if kiran is not given absolute powers

You have a good euthopia. These may become a nightmare later on. Keep it up. Telangana state formation is not very far off.

you are typical tegulu rakshasa samithi(TRS) member dreaming about some thing which will never come as long as 26 loksabha MPS(the oxygen supply for central government for survival) are from hyderabad/seema andhra.

You look like Telangaana Dongala Party(TDP) member who is dreaming about united but wants to loot Telangaana and capture poor farmers lands.Talk about telangaana at the time of elections and wants to form the governament with telangaana votes but after winning elections dont want to talk about it.

You are typical Telangaana Dongala Party(TDP) who wants to loot lands and talk about telangaana during elections and form govt with Telangaaana votes and after winning elections dont wan't to utter even name of telangaana. Lets see how many seats that so called TDP and Congress win in 2014 elections in AP.
