I do not understand that why government is not giving AADHAR card to each and every new born. This will automatically make all the people with UID at one point of time in future. School students and College students should be given UID first.
No practical research has been done, just based on hearsay. Poorly written to please the naysayers and benefit the corrupt in the existing system. Using multiple forms of identification, one can uniquely identify every individual which is what is being done by Adhaar. i.e. if fingerprints match,iris will not if iris will fingerprints dont. if all do photographs and supporting docs are used to identify. Then they are screened out processed accordingly. Its bullshit to assume that the UID is not Unique.
This article is extremely stupid.The ADHAAR is a work in progress.It will be improved over time.This is similar to the social security number existing in the USA.If everything one does is seen in a negative sense the country will go to doldrums.

Any planning can be derranged if it is allowed to handle by corrupt people at any level. The present system has failed toally to deliver particularly to the poor. Now we need a transparent policy and method of dlivery.How to make the newer technology more safe and effective in this regard that suggestion is required.
