Re: Why not ban alcohol then?

Occasionally alcohol might make people go out of their senses but most of the time they are not sober enough to move around and commit something bad. they are busy vomiting.
Most often alcohol is just an excuse, its just about not talking responsibility for your actions and blaming the alcohol.
These kind of attacks mostly happen after getting drunk, so if a person fails in his attempt, he can talk to the lady eye to eye and claim I am very good man, it was just alchol making me do bad..

Banning alcohol is not a solution, people will find some other stimulant to mask their criminal intentions and deny their responsibility for a crime. If nothing else work then statements like “Will of the creator” might be used to justify a crime.
Solution is to have extra punishment for a crime committed under influence of alcohol, regular punishment plus extra charge of irresponsible drinking leading to a criminal act.
you will not tell anyone about it, they might let you live but then they will blackmail you to do it again and again.
If they think they are in trouble then killing the victim is the first thing on their mind to hide their crime.
If you are in a situation like this, then first take the person in confidence that you are not going to tell anyone about it, once you are in a safe position, you can make the noise and get the justice served.
Best way is to avoid this situation altogether and take proactive measures..Prevention is better than cure.
Set the boundaries for your neighbours and male co-workers, if they tell very dirty jokes or stories.. Don’t laugh or smile for the sake of looking polite or cool, they might take it as a possibility for getting something more dirty.
Even if its look rude, display your announce and warn them of not crossing the boundaries.
In a broader social perspective, people should be taught to respect ladies and boys should understand that a woman laughing and joking with you, don’t necessarily means she is interested in something dirty.
The philosophers and researchers who have written this article are absolutely hopeless because they are pointing that anyone could be a rapist!!! Even if they become one there billions of human being who would fight till the end for justice against these heinous crimes!!! A big booo to you analysts

I am not sure whether you are a teetotaller but under the influence of too much alcohol anyone can do anything.
But here when the article says anyone could be a rapist what they mean is even a normal friend of yours could be a rapist. They are psychopaths who seem very normal and unsuspectable in real life. Who knows even you could be a rapist just acting here as if you are not :)
