Mining needs to be monitored over Remote Sensing and Image processing to estimate the amount of coal taken out and charge to the companies be atllied by ministry 2. Spectrum allocation should be availible on website be done by e-auction. 3. Land records/land use record needs to be done by remote sensing / image processing and be tallied by revenue records. 4. Deofrestation should be estimated by remote sensing and charged on the volume of de-forestation. 5. Nagar Nigams needs to use remote sensing for amount of cleaning work and pay acordingly.
Therefore Out-sourcing of services needs to ensure thatservice provider is high-tech and no NETA can do BUSINESS....
