Poor behavior by passengers. These peoples doesn't know how to behave on board. To keep patience in odd situation is must for the sake of all passengers. Selfish guy worried about his child only. After all the pilot is there to take appropriate decision for the safety of all and one should trust him. It is like a passengers traveling in local bus and fighting with conductor and driver.
