so let us do something
VOTE out the danegrous Congi led UPA govt and get the less dangerous BJP led Govt
then step by step
i)Get a Good Lokpal ii)phase out First Past the Post system and get Mixed Proportionate electrol system iii)get Police reforms iv)Get Judicial reforms This will make India a better DEMOCRACY
Take Religion out of Indian politics
send all Foxy and Cunning Indian politicians out of Politics and defeat them in the elections
so the sharks are out and corruption will be out as well
Caste System is the root cause of India's misery. Manusmriti made favoritism and cronyism supreme over talent and aptitude as a result India had 2000 years of caste based reservation leading to the current dismal state of the nation. India will become a slave nation again unless the people wake up to the games played by the Manubadis.

I think Caste Sytem came about due to Traditional Occupations since a long time
But such Castes have been exploited by the indian politicians to keep it alive
But biggest problem is lack of Empowerment of Institutions
1.Make independent CBI and give it the autnomy
2.Vote out Congress led Govt for Good
3.Make all Foxy and Cunning politicians retire as well

wrong news You are some Mi5 MI6 agent or scottigz agent related to Congress
you want to keep India divided and loot its wealth and make it a Corrupt Country
so u can use Churchesz to lure lower castes and fan Forward Caste vs Lower Caste and divide the electorate as well
Politicians without children campaign for votes claiming that as they have no children for whom to leave their wealth, they will not be tempted to amass wealth. An example is the Madhya Pradesh legislator Shabnam Mausi, who being of third gender could use the argument to win the election.

just not understanding and vote out Congress monster and vote in BJP but what is gurantee BJP led NCP plus sena plus Congi Cartels in Maharastra will also do remote control and allow Corruption
so just not Congress out and another Party BJP in
we need @LOKPAL CBI INDEPENDENCE AND AUTONOMY JUDICIAL REFORMS POLICE REFORMS etc
What we need today are more of administyrative reforms puuting clear accountability of officials concerned. What we have is authority to an official but no accompanying accountability. We have punishments for the offender in public but no punishment for non-performer or colluder in authority. What we need is more transparency and reforms in administrative arena rather than economic reforms including reforms in FDI as in a corrupt sysyetem all the economic reforms are used by the rich and powerful to accumulate more wealth and power and the poor becoming more poor.
Shreekant Sambrani's comparison of modern-day Indians to the physically, morally and ethically blind Dhritarashtra is apt. There's a small correction, though and I hope the writer won't mind. It was Bhim's iron inage that Dhritarashtra crushed in his embrace, post the Kurukshetra War, not Yudhishtir's. Dhritarashtra's uncontrollable fury was vented against the second Pandav, the mighty Bhim, who slew all of Dhritarashtra's hundred sons, including the blind ruler's favourite Duryodhan. The writer's analogy to present Indian political, corporate and social life is apt. Jaganniwas Iyer
Almost every where it is the same.. even the Bush family which is quoted a selected through democratic process is same as the democartic process which any of our sons of netas go. There is a tacit understanding with everyone involved. Rest is all eye wash!
Also, it is not confined to just netas. Its every where.. a doctor wants his son to run his clinic. The shop keeper wants his son to run his shop later on.. and so on. So, a neta does the same whether it is public or private. That is what they know. The natural instinct of protecting one's offspring cannot be just wished away!
BTW, it was Bheema's statue which was crushed. Why did Dhritarashtra choose him? Think about it...
I don't know much about mahabharata is not good excuse for handing free advice to all! Especially when you try to prove your point! - which is like saying water flows from high to low! Everyone knows it and it is nature's law!
