i am going by the last statement in the article. if the ssp says this hussain guy was beaten up by a mob for trying to create nuisance. one can only guess what is meant by "nuisance" here, but a person like an ssp justifying violence and beating by mob is unacceptable. if ssp's men saw it happen, then they had a duty to protect the victim from the mob.
that said, it is clear that this was an all-congress affair, and that congress is not a friend of_muslim people.
