Let Salman too PROVE that his Trust has not indulged in any sort of misuse/malpractice. Already on the air today was some instance of trust having shown an aid given to a person much after his death!

In our judicial system it is the prosecution which has prove the guilt of the defendant and not vice versa :)

Sting operations against the opposition political parties are OK; but how dare one staged against the Congress party member? Mr.Joel Jose, to prove it the nearest Police Station has to file an FIR? Will any one Station officer of any Police Station in the country ever dare to register a FIR? Mr.Joel Jose how old are you? If you are in 30's you may not know anything about BOFORS. That is Congress arrogance.

Sir, You may be quite old and must have seen a lot, suffered a lot. But as i see it now, i am not suffering because of the corruption or inefficiencies of the Congress/BJP/ etc. but because of the corruption and inefficiencies of almost the entire populace of the country of which the Congress/BJP etc. are just a subset of. There is corruption in the legislative, executive as well as the judiciary, there is corruption in private sector as well. Is it the Congress which is to be blamed for all? Shouldn't we be a little wise to accept that we have faulted and take corrective measures?
Kejrewal is inasane fellow. He makes allegation against people at random. he cant be true all the time. he has great ambitions for delhi throne for which he even kicked out his mentor anna hazare babu. he cant defame any person to remain in lime light. he has taken the whole nation on ride to fullfill his dream to get the delhi chair.

you are an ostrich with your neck in the sand. the corruptions allegation has not been proved yet. Kajewal's blame does not mean salaman khurshid has done corruption. the media needs news. sometimes they ignite fight between two groups to make the fodder for their news channels. recently india Tv channels put undercover agent to make the scnene for the cricket umpire alleged corruption. these media people make the news insted of report the true news. this way the media people are involved in corruption. this is great crime, has any body guts to stand up against this negative behaviour of media people and get it curbed and all the culprits punished under the law of land
All people associated with Congress, please stop this person Mr. Khurshid from filing cases in court else this could be last nail in the coffin for an Old national party started by great people with great vision. It will lose all ground from here and in coming times, will lose out the national party status. Mr. Khurshid, if you are true then resign as minister, ask Mr.Prime minister for an impartial enquiry of the matter and prove people wrong. Else you will lose out personally and politically like Mr.Natwar Singh went away. India is changing and people are becoming more aware. Have some self-respect and don't defend yourself like you did on 14th October Mr. Salman Khurshid.

Probe by a sitting judge of the Supreme Court! Nothing else. Or by retired Justice Kapadia.
Any sting operation carried out by tehelka is supposedly within the frane work of the law since they target mainly the opposition parties. But this is particularly illegal. How dare India Today group conduct a sting on a member of the ruling (con)party? It is absolutely against the law laid out by the party.
