Congress has mastered the art to winning people. Before elections they will announce some big sops to scheduled classes & Minorities to make sure that they vote for Congress. Also all Bangladeshi's in India will vote for congress.

EVMs are hacked during the general elections. CONgress does not bother about these minor elections. By CONgress losing these elecctions, opposition parties will forget about hacking of EVMs done by CINgress in 2009.
The only solution is to revert back to the ballot boxes other wise the CONgress will selectively hack EVMs in 2014

It is not BJP which has won; people in dehradun have rejected congress. Ironical that the paharis who were given uttrakhand by bjp voted for congress. Are'nt they affected by mehengai aka gas cylinder etc.

There is a difference. Congress came to power very recently only in UK, and issues of corruption at the state level should not have affected them. The story in Karnataka is different, as Yeddy has been prominently covered by Media, for the scams .
