it's mistakes of nehru n then India gandhi which are proving costlier for india day by day. pakistan shd hv been forced to sign kashmir as integral part of india when simla agreement ws made but indira gandhi didnt put such conditions in agreement. Also Nehru made a mistake earlier to take this issue on the world forum at UN n giving Pakis chance to put forward their voice in front of the world leaders.
This issue is alive due to mis-handling by Govt. only. PAK has shifted 20 lacs punjabi muslims in POK, whereas even relatives of killed in J&K cannot settle there. What a joke.

N3hru was the culprit supported by gandh1. Sardar Patel wanted the migrants from pak punjab to settle in J&K, that would have neutralized the issue. but nehru refused.
In no respect Pakistan is comparable to India except for corruption. If that is the benchmark of our political leaders and forign relations officers, no wonder India joins Pakistan in all world forums for creating 'Tamasha' for the world to enjoy. Why India can not just ignore Pakistan and do what India has to do? Our leader have no courage to do so, never had.
Just wait. We now know the players were involved in match fixing. Not we know that the umpiers are also involved. The next will be the orgainser, then the media, then the staff of the stadium, then the audiance, and so on
As long as India rely on Western nations things will deteriorate like this only. When India won war outrightly in 1971 our country should take over Karachi city and Pak occupied Kashmir on the condition of leaving their POWs 93000. If we take karachi in three forces Pak will not have Navy and Kashmir we will have geographical advantages. Always we are doing favour to Pakistan assumes that by being soft they will change their attitude. Don't forget while partitioned our country they said by violence they got Pakistan and by playing games can occupy Afghanistan. Even Afghanistan set right the pakistan but India can never. Because Our politicians with vested interests they will support the minorities only. We should adopt measures which should be in the interest of nation only. See after 2014 Afghanistan teach a lifetime lesson to Pak which British and India cannot. They got history they never lose any battle with any one except with with Singh ruler. Pakistan daydreaming that with evil designs it can control again the Afgjanstan. In 1970s to 1980s with American aid both militarily and monetarily they did all nonsense. According to US, European and Russia's assessment due to Afghanistan Pakistan will lose its identity for ever

Else it will open a pandora's box in all countries. POK, Sindh, Baloch, NW China, Tibet, North SL. All these provinces have similar issues. Pak is starting an issue which will have more serious consequences for it. Rather than bicker over this, both countries should accept current LOC as working border, and look at bettering conditions for people (including pandits that is)
