Year 2004 the year of change that gave power to UPA..and the year of start of an era which has overseen crony capitalism and a phenomenal rise in the prices of housing..those already having it...r happy because it has caused to increase the value of their property enormously those who neither have any property nor do they have capacity to pay the hefty EMIs curse their luck ...but no one perhaps bothered to look into the darker side of the nexus that was going on between the buliders lobby, the banks , politicians and above all the media which makes people beleive that if u miss the bus now you will never get a property in your name... and thus the unreasonable price hike by the builders...but the revelations by Kejriwal has brought into ligt the uglier face of the governance...where those in government are making misuse of power and triggering a loot to fill their coffers in the name of business..great democracy..its now my humble request to all those who could not buy any property till date, to either forget this dream or do whatever to buy one property beacuse these people who have got vested interest will never allow the property prices to fall unless there is a change at the centre and the properties held by such unscrupulous people are seized and the same are sold in the market at a throw away prices bringing about a much awaited correction.
Looks like I missed some action . Infact we people should show some gratitude towards vadra that despite being son-in-law of nation, he made grafts of few hundred crore in middist of lakhs of crore . Jokes apart . Good thing now is that son-in-law of sonia himself has agreed that congress made banana republic of India, and they are taking full advantage of it. They will loot all money and fly for honeymoon of 1000 generations of theirs.
frankly speaking if i would have been in place of vadra i also not hesitate in making money. in today's world we all want more and more money and if its coming via short cuts i dont think any one will refuse ?

Don't pick on someone's faith. You could face the same.
Anyway what Mr Z is saying is indeed correct. The country has more greedy people who would rather take the $$ and look for ways to hide it or build a facade so they $ looks white, rather than refusing it. Why let go of "easy" money?
Nothing's going to change...this issue will close in 2 weeks once another issue crops-up. It's been so for last 15 or 20 years. Robert Vadra is the flavour of the month.
