sad news

Sad day for rediff as well. Of course Bajpayee was criticized by her. Bajpayee later came to terms with reality when the Indian parliament was attacked. An attack on the Indian Parliament means you have to smoke the enemies out of their caves.

May your soul rest in peace. I was a big fan of you as a media person. Your articles will be ever remembered.
I know rediffbecause they became secular theyostracized you. I know your critical observation of even Vajpayee was great.
May your soul rest in peace, I dont know such a learned person can go into depression.
Once you are gone, there is nothing we can do.
You did a great service for media inspite of so much of pseudosecularism pervating the whole media world.

So sad
by Vishvaksenah E on Oct 09, 2012 07:39 AM

Very sorry to know this news.
Varsha Bhosale was my ideal columnist.
When most of the writers were writing 'secular'garbage, Varsha was one of the few who used to give the proper perspective.

Truth is stranger than fiction.
It might be a figment of my imagination....but I suspect that her frankness and courage might have caused her depression. She took the 'secular'establishment head on. She had stepped on many 'secular' feet and these 'secularists; might have ganged up and given her a hard time.....

Whatever be the reason......past is past.

My sincere prayers for the sadgatih of her soul.

why ppl. take this step?
by deepak on Oct 09, 2012 07:38 AM

there is so much in world to know and do that one life is also not enough. if u have nthing to do in ur own life then u can give company to those who are alone in this world. there are so many orphanages and old age people who are alone. dying like this that too is just because of lack of good people around.
