Well, truth be told..he was the only bold minister in Indira Gandhi's cabinet who revolted and resigned from her government instead of taking the orders from her powerful son Sanjay Gandhi.

He never revolted,Sanjay Gandhi told him to quit.He was upset when he was made a junior Minister by Indira Gandhi and used the infuence of Kuldip Nayar to get a Cabinet rank
To day we have only looters and criminals ,in the garb of a politician .He was an exception and was too honesty to survive in this land of scoundrels .May his soul rest in peace .
