These girls should be paid at 0ne lakh each for the trauma caused plus the 15000 rupees returned with interest. As for the damage caused to the hospital, Shiv Sena should foot the bill in its entirety.
Arrest is too much i agree. As that girl expressed her views which is true or not...the polical party can express thier view on the girl in fbook watever they can..whether its true or not.. so both parties can be hurted someway..
sue the Maharashtra police for wrongful and malafide detention.
With the aid of prominent citizens' rights organisations, they can easily sue the govt. for a sum that should act as a strong deterrent against future misadventures!
Its quite expected that the sleuths can do nothing but to drop the case. But the worrying part is the Reaction of the police towards such post. When they arrest the people for their views at the instant itself they try to prove the point or drive the message or drive the fear among people that we are not allowed to do that. Validation of their actions are just like post mortem where the "patient" 'Freedom of Speech' is already dead. Its the univocal protest which restored the justice. Else they would have continued with the process and prosecuting these girls. There are many such cases not brought to the notice of the public. Dont know the fate of them.
