Punishment to JM
by arun govil on Dec 01, 2012 07:57 AM

Transfer of a Magistrate from Palghar to Jalgaon is no punishment.Transfer is a routine matter. Suspension of Police personnel too is not a punishment. They continue drawing their pay.Suspension is done to ensure that the concerned do not interfere with a ongoing inquiry. In this case the IG Konkan Zone has already completed the inquiry and submitted his report.

Why such harsh punishments in this case alone .Why not on other IT cases as in West Bengal farmer etc.Because one girl is Muslim and C'gress not to offend them the least or appeasement.

An ordinary family girls..
by amit kumar on Nov 27, 2012 05:29 PM

As an ordinary youth the girls are seem to be not so matured .Unfortunately one of the girls is Muslim. We do should not be blame always to Police. The police normally work in political pressure. To control 40-50 Gundas type Shiv sanik the police lodged a complaint wherever they want to make them happy . Every body knows that other state people and political leader do not like Shiv sanik.
It is correct that every body must have considered the local sentiments in making their expressions in phase book even you do not like.its Example: During the day of Bal thakre death one Congress leader (Ex CM of MP) started Crocodile tears for death of Bal thakre with condolences (10 minutes before the actual death due to wrong information).

Phalgar Cops
by Kolappa Pillai on Nov 27, 2012 05:21 PM

They derailed law and order in the state. They have nexus with criminals who are part of vandalism. I hope that hereafter these elements never take law in their hands. Balasaheb is not a history sheeter.

by Bombay Citizen on Nov 27, 2012 04:45 PM  | Hide replies

These police officials should be severely punished and jailed for this shameless and wrongful arrest. What the girl wrote on FB was absolutely correct.

by ravi on Nov 27, 2012 02:36 PM

This is the 'modus operandi' of Congress for decades! Nothing new! They have turned to new low by removing even the magistrate (SP was expelled first).. Shamless party and shameless people (who written the FB post).

Transfering the servant is not Punishment
by sanjay t on Nov 27, 2012 02:32 PM

Transferring the servant is not Punishment !! He must be punished, and removed from the service !!! Then only these people would be careful in future !! and Why Police are not Punished ??? These police are helping the criminals, officially they are on Police Dept. Payroll but unofficially they work for Criminals... this is not only example !! This cancer is day by day increasing because they are not thrown out of service and not put in Jail. To get the Govt. Job 1st the background of the person is checked, but after getting the jobs, they are having unwritten agreements with Criminals and still they are in service !!

Palghar magistrate transferred over Facebook arrest case
by VIMAL KAUL on Nov 27, 2012 02:06 PM  | Hide replies

The episode is disgusting. Are we living in a democratic country or a communist? It looks now nobody can even share one's feelings or the anguish over the situations prevailing in the country. Where has the tolerance gone? Both the Magistrate & the cops involved in the incident should be dismissed from the service for acting in dictatorial manner.
