Thank you MP Anil for the well researched article. I had read an article written by Ms Neeharika Naidu about the grit shown by her mother in raising the two girls and so this article was a very fascinating one for me and it is wonderfully written too.
In today's time, most of us are materialistic, live to eat and enjoy,no place for humanity, helping the poor.
Brave soldiers, martyrs of Freedom fight laid down their lives to enable us to live in peace with dignity but we forgot to repay the debt. Wicked politicians always of remaining in power, encouraged nepotism, corruption, reservation for half wise on caste & religion basis who looted common people instead of serving the common men.
The names of Arunachal and Manipur are even mentioned in legends of Mahabharat. It is indeed sad to say that we have to pay heavy price just because of misadministration.
India has always stood, or trampled on the shoulders of unsung heroes like Lt Col Avasthy. And this legacy comes down from none other than Nehru (also known as Chacha 420).
I am from Assam, and very close Arunachal erstwhile NEFA. From near Bhoroli river I very clearly see the tall Himalayas and China beyond yet many years before my birth the Chinese actually landed within few kms of home. It was complete chaos on Tezpur those days I heard from my parents and grandparents. Nehru take a bow.
Nehru's weak strategy is well published, and he must bear full responsiblity as head of govt for India's failure. Sad part is that bravehearts like the LT Col and many others had to lay down their lives. I salute their families for their sacrifice and grace, and can only imagine how tough this has been for them. We need a strong and decisive leadership for India, we DO NOT need Nehru's DNA to run this country. Jai Hind.
I commend MP Anil Kumar's efforts to Salute a Real Hero of the country who should have been aptly awarded the gallantry award for his contribution & sacrifice for the Nation. Hope, the government does it soon to make amends!!
Is the the best defense Minister India ever had...next comes Fernandez. Under the leadership of India's much loved Soniaji the nation is progressing to a superpower status.
THANKS MP ANIL FOR YOUR WONDERFUL ARTICLE ON OUR BRAVE WARRIORS WHO HAVE LEFT BEHIND THEIR FOOT PRINTS ON TIME BY THEIR SELFLESS MOTIVATION AND DEDICATION TO OUR GREAT COUNTRY.
SURELY THE ARMY HQ SHOULD DO JUSTICE TO THE PROUD LEGACY OF BRAHMA
