How can a man die better, than fighting fearful odds, For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods...
Unfortunately, none of our netas and babus are men. Nor are any of their children. Not a single one of them had to spill their blood or that of others on the battlefield

But the Netas and Babus are the one who is controlling the Indian Armed forces1 The Defence Forces need to go to them for permission for everything including to declare the correct age of their chiefs!!It is disgraceful and shameful that majority of Indians don't know anything about the heroes who are providing them peace and tranquility by their sacrifices!!
1. Give free education to his kids - OK 2. Give compensation as per rule/law -OK 3. Dependents asking plots and flats - Not OK 3. Dependents asking for petrol bunk allotment - not OK 4. Dependents coming to media and crying for sympathy- Not OK. 5. Dependents asking free jobs- ok to some extent 6. Dependents forming association to milk govt's money - not OK 7. Dependents seeking financial help from local MLA/MP/Ministers- Not OK. 8. Dependents baying for blood of accused is not OK...b'cos law of land will take it's own course. Respect Nation and not individual's opinion...
In India dying in line of fire has become commercial, immediate family only looking how to make most of it, w/o experiencing the pain and sweat of hard work, courage and valour.
A priceless act of soldier is plundered by dependents to make money

My message was mauled by REDIFF. 1962 A POLITICAL BLUNDER COMPARED TO LAL BAHADUR SUCCESS BY SAME ARMY AFTER NEHRU. NOT OLY SOLDIERS WHOLE INSIA IS SUFFERING. PANCHSHEEL MY FOOT. CHINA IS AT IT YET AGAIN. BHAI BYE.
1. The day a retired military personnel leaves for his home. As per statndards all the settled funds are transferred into his bank accoun & pension acct mentioned start receiving the pension coming month. 2. Nepal has around 1 lakh people who served in Indian Army and are receiving the pension 3. My father retired from Indian Army he did not face any issue. We still have the certificate from the then President with signature for 'serving' the Army. He expired and we had got a Insurance document of Army stating that in case of death send it across with signature of the sposue alongwith an attested death sertificate. I thought, don't know how much months it will take or how many documents they will ask further. But to our surprise the my mother got the 'cheque' within a month. We don't have any complaints with the Army till now. My mother is getting all the necessary help/dues. BUT again as I said exceptions can be there, some situations are there which are undefined and the case gets hung. Those flaws need to be identifed and new rules need to be laid.
traditionally India has failed to give due respect to its soldiers who have laid down their lives for the country. This insensitivity is intriguing when one sees the way US honours its soldiers in the most touching and elaborate manner.

INDIA HONORS ONLY THE CORRUPT OR INEFFICIENT POLITICIANS OR POLITICIANS WHO ARE A PUBLIC MENACE.
