What a sense less thing to do. How do you interpret the ridiculous laws that these legislators come up with. If some one says unmanageable thing about a Dalit, it is non-bailable offense. This is the law made by the law makes. How does a police man would know what language is offensive and which one not. The law makers have to clearly define these arbitrary laws made for the urgency of vote. I am totally against arresting some one because that person does not agree with shutting down a town or speech of politician. The useless laws are made such that they are mostly anti Hind to highly protective of the vote banks. FIR is most misused in India due to its arbitrary nature.
we should sack all the officers connected with arrest of innocent girls. The fact that police comes back and states what some of its over jealous officers did or officers with sena mind set as alleged is enough to take tough dismissal actions . By merely transfering or dropping the case is not enough.In addition , there should br dismissal
The gagging of online freedoms as seen in the Palghar arrests point a damning finger at the Shiv Sena's intolerance towards other communities and religions, other than that of Maharatta. Among the political parties, it was the CPM alone that came out in a 'sotto voce' against the attitude of the Sena tiger. Even though not Marati manoos, the food and language have had endeared itself to us. Now we all are afraid of the Sena tiger for its intolerance, afraid not out of respect but out of fear!

actually they were arrested for not attending the funeral -- hope this clarifies the issue
earlier i used to read 4 newspapers. now i just look for 15 minutes to one newspaper. TV i discontinued and turned to reading that also my interested subjects. if any body who is not happy with media should stop watching tv and stop subscribing newspaper. then they will stop this one sided reporting.
Police have been mentally tortured by congress ruling party. A rally of 50000 intruders attacking police personnel, burning vans, molesting police women and now this incident for appeasement. Its a lesson for Shivsena and other Hindu parties what their status is in country too. SS been ruling Mumbai for so many years, we see how illegal slums at bandra 3 to 4 floors are built. Who give them permission? illegal water connection, electricity - BMC, police, nagarsevak for vote bank and get Tenga ( bleeding own toe with stone in greed) with confidential vote for congress, so congress is keeping this issue alive on media.
I feel in the matter is that the girls must have considered the local sentiments in making their expressions. Although closing city must have gone discomfitting to the city dwellers for a day, but we must not forget the popularity of a great personality like bala saheb thakare, who pulsates in the heart of his country men with throb. Every one has the right to make expression, but while doing so, consideration of others feelings should also be brought into contemplation. Bala saheb thakare is not an ordinary man. He has been the identity for marathi manoos and representative of hindus inhabiting the whole of country. Even when an ordinary man dies, people mourn and all activities come to halt even in common homes, then he had been a big personality for whom millions of people have respect.

These peoples r well know for these types of things see first they instigste i.e. Godhara burning, this girl comment and when get treatment remain shouting for years
yesterday, there was a news that in south delhi, a young hyndu garl(17yrs old) was keeled and her mthr was seriously injured with bullet by a msulym man(javed)for protesting javed for urinating in front of their house!
i hear daily such so many newses where hyndus r assaultedRaped,murdered,subjected to attrocities by so called minority community at large!
in UP,there r series ofRiot where numbers of hyndus r being keeled one sidedly but media picked up those news where one or two msulym keeled or some houses burnt in retaliation!
but media absolutely does not cover those news is human life lesser important than FB post and some protest? at last, how long, u can carry such news in print and electronic media?
MNS and shiv sena both did big procession, one was for protest and another for balasaheb's funeral in recent past in mumbai where no untoward incident happened but those r not subjected to appraisal as media cant bash on disciplined procession or protest! trhey all need FB post type such stray incident even to carry on bashing on them for month long! even balasaheb death, kasab death cud not run in media news beyond two-three days but FB post news since eight days r running and expected to run month long as there is huge scope of bashing pro-hyndu organization!
media does not see the congress' series of scam but they landed up with 2G loss figure, if it is more or loss,was it not a scam?they totally forgot CWG,Adarsh,coal gate scam!
