to muzzle successful foreign business. They will ensure the billionaire becomes bankrupt. But when it comes to union carbine CEO who killed thousands of Indians, they will protect him till his death. Hypocrites.

Our snail like legal system, corrupt politicians are equally inmportant in not dealing with Union Carbide with proper law and not taking enough compensation for people. MIC was a one of the biggest tragedy of this century, which was avoidable with proper education of people living around Union carbide but no body bothered to educate them in case of emergency.

One wet towel and a bucket full of water was enough to save people in the house as Methyl Isocyante was decomposing to Methyl Amine when in contact with water. Later being very soluble in water would have been made ineffective if a wet towel or cloth was used as cover to face to avoid lungs / eyes getting exposed. Amines when formed on eyes were responsible for dissolution of eye lens making person blind. Amines when in lungs was givig fludding in lungs leading to suffocation. Those who ran for life got affected more due to more inhalation of MIC and more formation of Amine in the lungs. It was avoidable.
