If press reports are to be believed, Kejriwal had mentioned that he got the list from a senior Congress leader. Obviously, the leader must have passed on the information under conditions of anonymity, hence Kejriwal would not be able to reveal the name.
Govt. of India received the list from the French Govt; however the Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement between France and India also has the clause that no names should be revealed. So don't ask Kejriwal for the source; and don't ask the govt. for names.
- kejriwal got his info from a "senior congressi leader" in the govt. - the goi has not denied kejriwal's accusations, and has promised to look into these charges he levels. - mr. vaidyanathan don't demand info from kejriwal, demand answers from the govt whose job really it is to provide the info on crimes against the taxpayers of india. - say what vaidynathan, the gandhis scare you? ha,ha,ha.. don't be.

Names are there in the list as the same has been provided to the Income Tax Deptt for verification ( Obviously not in all the cases n reason best known to the govt)

there is a news that HSBC said sorry to M. Ambani that their name appeared by mistake in the list. this itself authenticates the list and that the list names are known to the HSBC. secondly by mistake why didnt my name appear on that list, why didnt ANNA hajare's name appear on that list? JUST GIVE A THOUGHT, READERS!

let's not be fooled that this money laundering factory has its headoffice in london, the fact of the matter is that this is truly and genuinely a chinese owned bank and the real headoffice is in fact hongkong & shanghai as shown in the name itself. our politicians and our corporate honchos are all hand in glove and have found a safe haven in hoarding all their corrupt money at this institution, hence, a proper probe in long overdue. a detailed non partisan probe should also be carried out in the affairs of the many indians that occupy chairs of prominence at this corrupt to the core institutions and its operations in our country

It is partly owned by China but it is a British Bank, just like Cathey Pacific Airlines is a British airline with Chinese share holders.
