In India, democracy has been reduced to the right to cast a vote but the power remains concentrated in the hands of 1% of Western oriented echelons that is manipulated by Western interests. Democracy has become a tool in the hands of the few minority to exploit majority around the globe.

Counting December 20th!
by Ramesh Kapoor on Nov 05, 2012 03:05 AM  | Hide replies

What is the purpose of getting the electorate vote over a month and half in advance of counting the votes. Do the representatives of the various parties seal the EVMs? Do the parties concerned have their own vigilance groups supervising the security of the machines until the counting day? Hope so, lest the whole outcome is changed by unscrupulous parties.

Yes, this delay is shocking. Electronic Voting machine is most unstable and pilferage of electrons can easily happen. Due to such pilferage data could be lost. Therefore, we can have a spurious result. No other Nations use EVM anymore.

There is nothing shocking about it. The topography of the state of HP makes some booths very remote and inaccessible. The boxes reach the counting centres late thus requiring a long wait. Moreover the EC has to keep in mind the Gujarat elections so that the results in HP do not impact the minds of the voters there. The results of both the states will be declared simultaneously.

Its good sign that ever one get aware of use of their vote power. Now politician must understand the fact that they have consider it and never think that they will manage it and come in power without doing work for public.
