LIVE EXAMPLE OF MOCKERY OF JUDICIARY
by sunil sunkara on Jun 02, 2012 12:11 PM  | Hide replies

CASE WAS TAKEN UP BY CBI 9 MONTHS AGO. CBI NAMES DR.YSR IN THE FIR.

QUESTIONS SET : A PERSON WHO IS NOT THERE IN THIS WORLD CAN NOT DEFEND HIS CASE. HOW CAN CBI MALIGN DR.YSR? WHY DID CBI REMOVE RAJIV NAME IN BOFORS CASE? WILL CBI RE-OPEN BOFORS CASE AGAINST RAHUL?

WE DONT BELIEVE IN CBI BECAUSE IT IS A PUPPET IN THE HANDS OF UNION GOVT. WE DEMAND ALL POLITICIANS' CASES UNDER SIT(SPECIAL INVESTIGATION TEAM). THE SIT TEAM SHOULD BE FORMED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT HAVING ANY POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS. WE DON'T BELIEVE HEGDE OF TEAM ANNA AS HE IS A PRO-CONGRESS MAN.

That YSR should be brought back to life and then hang him again for all his corruptions and illegal wrong doings, this time by AP public and not by Tiruapati Balaji like last time.....

good shot nastyindian. Senseless arguement by sunil. Bofors probe continued even after rajivs death. Did u forget sunil? For your kind info, CBI is only an institution which probes the case and collects evidence. It is for High Court and Supreme court to verify the evidence and punish suitably. Do u have faith atleast in high court and supreme court or not? CBI is a good and prime investigating agency for late samuelaliasfakereddy but for his son johnmohanaliasfakereddy CBI is not trustworthy. How can this be believed?

Scams but not schemes are collective responsibility
by National Highway on Jun 02, 2012 01:51 AM  | Hide replies

Jagan and his party saying that all populist schemes were that of YSR's whereas scams during YSR regime were collective responsibility.

Even for argument sake let us assume the populist schemes were thought by YSR but still what YS Jagan got to do with them?
YS Jagan is in Jail for having disproportionate amount of wealth. His supporters (and his mother) accusing the other politicians of wrong doing rather than saying Jagan is innocent.

Gone are the days of telling how a person is clean in public life. Now every political party is speaking in the same way! They will say, have they not eaten money? the common man also is a fool to listen to all these looters and idiots. Why people flock at Jagan when he is scam tainted? Why several MLAs and MPs join YSR party when Jagan himself is arrested and cannot even get bail?

well said, but we can produce brilliant leaders like Jagan, Yeddy, Lalu, mallu, Rahul, Karuna oh the list is endless. For the masses of this country, what you are saying does not appeal. they see demi gods in these politicians

How many kids do u have? First practice then preach. In this country every one gives advice no one follows. So first politicians should shut all holes and should not have any property but only patriotism.

Have you seen other countries personally before you came to this great conclusion. Good thought from you, can you tell me some good things that you tried to improve this. Nothing other than just to put your tongue in litter.

Very sad

But the sad part of the whole issue is he still seems to enjoy peoples support in certain parts of A.P. Even a few MLA s from other parties are joining him and promising their support. Our entire system seems to be becoming shamelessly unethical. May be signs of Kalyug !

Isn't this a small case compared to other big ones?
by Sirisha K on Jun 01, 2012 11:17 AM  | Hide replies

Even if whatever CBI says is true, still it is a very small scam compared to others like 2G scam, coffin scam, housing scam, fodder scam, land scam, defence scam and many others. How is it that CBI is acting so quickly on this case and it seems as if the case will be closed in next couple of months. Isn't the main culprit supposed to be YSR and Congress president instead of a son of CM? How do you expect the people of Andhra to believe in this vengeance game? Chandrababu Naidu is still roaming free inspite of looting thousands of crores. Leaders like Karunanidhi, Jayalalitha, Yeddyurappa, Mulayamsingh Yadav, Lalu Yadav, Mayawati, Narendra Modi, Shivraj singh Chauhan, Vilasrao Desmukh, Digvijay Singh and tons of other politicians are enjoying their loot. Why is CBI worried so much about this small fish?

Ms. Sirisha you are definitely a mentally retarded person or a person who got benefited with this scam. Because no other person in full senses talks so intelligently. There is a saying you have to start and take the First step to reach the destination and that is what is done now.

"small fish" - how do you know? Let CBI enquire and decide. As per your idea of investigating other politicians first they would argue the samething - why not jagan first? so let it start with jagan. It might be political vandetta but who cares if he is guilty of receiving of kickbacks he should be in jail.
and regarding your argument that YSR and sonia are the main culprits rather than jagan - I dont believe that you are so innocent to believe that jagan didnt knew about it and certainly he doesnt think himself to be so intelligent enterprenuer that everybody would invest with high premiums in his companies and not receive any dividends.
