I am not an engineer like many Indians but we do not know of a fuse that can repair a power failure

Also only engineers can replace fuses ? - seems to be a forwarded article from some illiterate in nagpur

Joshi was election incharge in recent UP elections. Why he could not repair the fuse in UP? why such debacle?
