We keep testing everything endlessly. LCA Tejas is only being tested for past twenty years! I cant imagine any other country that has taken 33 years to not yet implement a live project! I mean, what is ADA or DRDO proud about? Wasting tax payer money? I mean, what they are building is just rediscovering the wheel. Things that other countries have achieved 35 years back (F16) is being reinvented here in 2012. Even that we fail to successfully do after 30 years!
