Some ideas to distract from Suicidal thoughts
by Kanu Singh on May 17, 2012 06:25 PM  | Hide replies

Highly emotional agitation may cause suicidal thoughts, so if you are feeling very angry, distressed, hopeless, embarrassed or whatever today, and feel like killing yourself, then understand that death is a one-way road and there is no coming back.

So don’t do anything for two-three days, let the emotional peak drops down and see if you want to reconsider your decision.

You did not choose or planned this day to be absolute low and failure for you, so How can you guarantee that tomorrow will be the same and there is no hope left for you ? So hold your nerves and wait for tomorrow, who knows it might be better and exciting day!

If you still want to kill yourself after few days, then look at your body, you can destroy it in minutes but there is hard work of many people like your parents, carers, doctors, teachers which has gone in sustaining your body and make you a grown-up person who is capable of taking his/her own decision.

Your grown-up body is a Precious Product and joint effort of many people, so why waste this precious resource ? If life has become useless and pointless to you, then why not use this life to help others and bring happiness and joy in others life.

Who knows after some years, you might start loving your own life and really want to live!

Although every life including that of young children and babies is precious, in this context I was just talking about adult people or grown up children who are capable of acting upon their own right/wrong decisions and are having suicidal thoughts!
