Plan and raise our voice?? sounds like this is what neta do. get a group of doer. not raising voice and finding fault in others. thats what indian do all day anyway.

Form a group/friend circle who cintributes and inspire others in devoting effort/money in bettering our road, training center, traffic etc. lead by doing not by voice.
