T.P Cndrasekharan was brutally murdered by CPI (M)'s hench men lead by Kodi Suni and Rafeeq. They acted according to the master plan of Pinarayi Vijayan and his close associates from kannur. The hit team was marxist party's secret team in Kannur to eliminate it's political opponents. However,Latest buildup says, all of a sudden CPI(M)'s Kozhikkode distric secretary T.P Ramakrishnan has been removed from his position (party says Ramakrishnan took leave for party work in China!) and requested to go to China for higher studies and party work! This clearly shows, there is something wrong happening, which is totally against the interest of CPI(M) in Kozhikkode.More and more men are being come out from CPI(M) in Kozhikkode and start working with RMP to strengthen it further.Senior most CPI(M) leader V.S Achuthanandan also has a soft corner to R.M.P . He has raised voice against the murder of T.P Chandrasekharan. Moreover,he had a verbal fight with CPI(M) kerala supremo and multi million dollar business tycoon Pinarayi Vijayan recently.Due to this issue,CPI(M) will be wiped out in Kerala in the near future.Fortunately or unfortunately,If CPI(M) remainins, then it's members would be only business tycoon pinarayi vijayan and his goonda friends from Kannur countable by fingers!
on 4th May. At 0730 am on 5th May, the home minister arrived in Vadakara (the northern town in which the murder took place) and conferred with police officers in a closed room.
And along with the home minister, the KPCC president, Mr. Ramesh Chennithala too 'conferred' with the police !!
This was most surprising. A party president in secret talks with the police on the matter of investigation into a high profile murder case, one from which the Congress led UDF hopes to draw huge mileage in the coming Neyyattinkara bypoll, strongly reeks of an effort to influence the investigation.
And within one hour of Mr. Ramesh's closed door talk with the police at Vadagara, the home ministry announced the removal of Mr. Srijith (Northern area police commissioner) from the investigation and the appointment of Mr. Vincent M Paul, ADGP to head the 'investigation' into the murder !!
Now, Mr. Vincent Paul is a man of high distinction. His 'distinction' proved to be of immense value to the Congress led UDF when the officer heading the investigation into the notorious 'Ice-cream parlour' case was removed after Mr. Kunjalikutty's role in that case began to be unveiled ! In that officer's place, Mr. Vincent Paul was appointed and he promptly 'investigated' the case to such 'good' an effect that Mr. Kunjalikutty was found to be 'innocent' !
Mr. Srijith had done a few things in the few hours he handled the investigation into the murder of Mr. Chandrasekharan.

He managed to catch the 7 men who killed Mr. Chandrasekharan and also traced the Innova car in which they arrived to kill him. These men were found to be members of a criminal gang that could be hired for carrying out killings. The owner of the car was found to be one Mr. Rafiq, a man with a criminal background and who had connections with the Muslim League.
It was at this stage of the investigation that Mr. Srijith was removed abruptly and Mr. Paul was appointed !
Mr. Paul will now follow the script to the letter and will seek to serve his Congress masters well.
A second interesting development this morning was the entry of the home minister, Mr. Radhakrishnan, into the hospital chamber in which the autopsy of Mr. Chandrasekharan was going on ! The entry of non-medical staff and the entry of unauthorised medical staff is strictly prohibited as per the law. The home minister appears to have been ignorant of this law when he exhibited his anxiety to influence the investigation and the 'findings' !
A third point to be noted is that the investigating team led by Mr. Paul was called to the meeting of the UDF ministers to 'discuss' the investigation ! This too was strictly against the law !
However, the CPM leadership as well as some independent political observers have posed perhaps the most pertinent question in affair :
If the CPM wished to eliminate Mr. Chandrasekharan, why did it need to wait for 3 years after he quit the party to do it ??

And why would the CPM carry out the murder now when it is seeking to win the by-election in Neyyattinkara on the plank of betrayal by its erstwhile MLA, Mr. Selvaraj ??
Is it not the UDF that is on the defensive in Neyyattinkara because of its blatant appeasement of the Muslim League (giving that party a fifth minister in the cabinet) and didn't the UDF need a good reason to divert the attention of the people from this matter ??

You are right.Hindus in bengal and kerala are in deep sleep with the sedative given by political parties and media. Will wake up only during riots but only to be killed.
have rendered the lives of common people completely miserable.
How unsettling it is, to read such news. How can anyone dare to perform such an act, in a law abiding country.
People dare because they know that Indian police are saddled with low technology and old methods, so they will find it difficult to get the evidence and confessions that can be sustained in a court of law, the Arushi murder case is a direct example.
Secondly criminals know that in India courts take a very, very long time to arrive at decisions. Anyways, I would expect a violent criminal to be both, not very bright in terms of long term vision(I may be wrong) and not have a long life expectancy anyway, either end up dead at the hands of a rival or in a police encounter. So I don't think this type of people would fear courts that would announce verdicts after 10 - 15 years as this period may represent their entire productive career and adult life!
