So, Indians should believe that payments made to Quottorochi was charity! How was he associated with the deal? To top it all, the then Union law minister personally ensured that his dirty money bank account was de-frozen. If we donot learn from the past, history will repeat itself again and again.

There was no justice in any of the big thefts so far: Bofor, German submarine of Sanjoy Gandhi, Lallu Yadav's fodder, Jain Hawala, Tata's 2G, etc etc.
Why does Ninan want to put his credibility at stake by trying to obfuscate Bofors Story again.
Ninan says 'Bofors is an old story' but misses out on the fact that it was never allowed to reach to its logical conclusion. Sting lies in the fact who denied it to reach a logical conclusion. If Courts have closed the case did they have these new facts before them. If yes, did they raise obvious questions? If commission was paid as found by CAG and corraborated by the Swiss authorities, some body must have taken the commission.

The slave media of 10janpath finds a concocted sting operation with supposed transaction of Rs.1 lac worthy of getting 24*7 coverage ,yet lacs of crores looted by Congress & allies are forgotten. What is the logic in CBI court calling this as exemplary punishment for corruption in public life when it finds no evidence to nail the biggest culprits in 2G & CWG scams even after 3 years? These agencies including media has been bought over by Sonia & her stooges.
