Very sad but true.
This actually happens all over the world, albeit in a very hush hush manner. That extreme ideologies are bolder in Pakistan, such matters happens abashedly.

trying to link LeT with every group in the world sounds a bit exaggeration. ISI let alone LeT does not have that capability to link all these terror groups in the world.
