if the italian govt wants to pressurise the kerela govt, they should put pressure thru the gulf countries, and not thru the central govt. After all, the whole kerela economy is run on the gulf money that malabari's earn by cleaning toilets and doing petty crime in the middle east, so the kerela govt is always ready to lick the arab backs.
