Always congress willshow special consideration to cong ruled states, for that governors, who are the agents of central govt is also coinciding with congress. if it happens to BJP Govt, congress will immediately ask for floor test,that is why ex congress ministers should not appoint as governors, like Ms.Margreat alwa,Dr Rosiah, Mr.Shivaraj patil,but buracretors should appoint as Governor, in that AP Governor Mr.Narasimhan is not prev congess minister, that is exception. What we will have to do, this is secular party, in the name of secularisams power politics on.
