Who is Gopal Krishna ?
by Neo Intellectual on Mar 19, 2012 10:44 PM

Rediff,

Please clearly identify who the authors are. I g00gld Gopal Krishna and it showed Gopal Krishna Gokhale. This dude is certainly not him!!

Give us some background on who the author is, unless you want him to sound like one of your staff reporters like the Vicky Nanjappa fellow.

He has written a serious article requiring a serious ideological rebuttal; but I am not inclined to be even inconvenienced to rebut because you dont even consider him important enough to provide a one-line bio about the author.

Being a web media company does not mean you stoop to the levels of boarders on simple editorship and journalism.

Who is this author? A maosist? A Popular Front Of India member? A CPI / CPIM ideologue? Or one of those many people with ideologies past their 'sell-by-date'?

Brilliant parody!
by Manjeri Dharmarajan on Mar 19, 2012 01:29 PM

What a brilliant article lampooning the people's march and the socialist parties in India! With the invocation of Marx and Engels, and Bose in this day and age when communist parties have vanished everywhere, the author skewers the political leaders in India and their hypocritical policies. The only blemish I see is the author tipped his hand by admitting USSR and China failed, but recovers somewhat by refusing to learn from them. There is still North Vietnam and Cuba to emulate, what?

Rediff, thanks for making my day - I had a hearty laugh.

Lenin and Marks can not be our Heros. I have met Russians on deputations to India. The type of hatred they developed for Karl Markx after seeing the the type of freedom we enjoy here. comminism has failed even in Russia as it was not practical for life. You can not work without Driving force but for equality and your need base only.
These Communist are Class One hypoocrats and for name sake Communist but they are kammeenist.
