NAXALISM
by anjan hindustani samal on Mar 19, 2012 08:40 AM

Mere an appeal from the C.M. of Odisha is not at all fulfilling the responsibility of the irresponsible and in secured govt. in terms with handling Naxal issue in the state. Mr. C.M. seems forgetting or avoiding the most dangerous & deadly internal security of the Nation.
By alleging the central govt. and other security agencies will not give us the needed permanent solution of the problem.
Without open result oriented discussion with Naxal Leaders and without bringing them into the trust of the State Govr,No result can be found out.
In the last PANCHAYAT election the warning of violence already rang when 15% of Panhayat election won by Naxal leaders. But at that time the joy of victory made the state govt. blind to look into it.

Why are they being called tourists?
by Ramesh Jatav on Mar 18, 2012 07:49 PM  | Hide replies

When these Italians had been staying in Kandhmal for the last ten years why are they being called tourists? Why were they staying for decades together in the tribal belt? Obviously to convert the innocent illitrate and poor tribals of Kandhamal and Jamgham. Why no one coming out with full details on their activities?

I am giving you details. Actually there are more than 40 NGOs funded by foreign fund working there as a missionary institution where they have built churches, prayer house in Govt money, and converting peoples by providing Money. Even Maoists being controlled by them, some yesr ago a well known Peace activist Swami Lakhmana nanda Saraswati killed by them (a group of low cadre maoist) for protesting against the demand to give reservation to converted tribals. And now leadership in top cadre changed with consequences you can see.

the real long-term solution to the mining-displacement problem
by viswanatha seshadri on Mar 18, 2012 07:33 PM

is to release only one sq-kilo-metre of land for mining at any time; the miners must refill the land after mining and restore it to previous owners, before they are allotted another sq-kilo-m of land. people will get paid, country will get mine-export funds, ecology will not also be seriously disturbed.

Italians and other foreigners should not enter into the villages and tribal dominated areas of Odisha without taking permission.

What is the transaction taking place between two authorities? Soon inter political abduction business must thrive on the bordering villages of Orissa.
