AMERICA HAS NEVER PUNISHED HER SOLDIER FOR CRIME
by JOHN BHATIA on Mar 14, 2012 02:42 AM

There are several cases of cold blooded killings and war crimes against American military personals and many times their leaders have promised for the right justice, American military Courts have never punished any one so far. Last month, the hard core leader of the squared, who had killed more than 21 innocents in their homes in Iraq was given punishment of lower down his grade by one, nothing more. No jail term, nothing else. America military courts mostly run by military judges and military jury decides about the punishment and they have been found the most bias in every case.

Action of the soldier is justifiable
by Bigtribe on Mar 13, 2012 01:13 PM  | Hide replies

Action justifiable because:
1.      Religion caused and still causing followers to revenge killing of soldiers
2.      Act of soldier is that of taking revenge against the killing of his colleagues.
3.      Action of soldier is nothing but merely a level playing contest.
4.      If the soldier is wrong then so were those who killed soldiers.
5.      How can one be good and the other be bad, therefore condemn???
